Especially during our current season of a global pandemic where many are practicing physical distancing, online therapy is a way of breaking the isolation and accessing help from your own space.
I use a free secure software that can be readily downloaded for the time of your appointment. Many are surprised to find this option to be an easy and effective resource for this time of need.
Creative Arts in Therapy
I believe that being creative helps to bring alive again our deepest hopes and, at times, our biggest fears. It can be so healing for people to reconnect with their instrument, their art supplies, or their words as a way of expressing themselves in the world.
