Practice Update

Dear Valued Clients,

I have enjoyed several years working in downtown Burlington, meeting new clients each year and connecting with so many in the community.

Alongside my ongoing practice in Burlington, I have taken on a new Director role at a practice in York Region, called Meadowbrook Counselling and Healthcare Associates.

Meadowbrook has an exceptional reputation in the Markham-Stouffville community for providing high quality mental health care to individuals, couples, and families, since 1989. With a large team, we are able to serve the whole family, with therapists who specialize in working with children, teens and adolescents, marriages and relationships, as well as family therapy.

I also have the opportunity to work with masters level intern therapists who offer low cost therapy, an excellent option if you are experiencing financial need but would still like to prioritize your mental health.
